I'm new to birding; took these pictures/shot this video in November 2012 off Dallas Rd at Ross Bay (Victoria). What all do I have here? Horned or Western Grebe (or both, or something else altogether?). Little or Bonaparte's Gulls? My camera barely zooms, so maybe an ID is not possible. Thank you for your help!

Horned Grebe and Bonaparte's Gull, both correct.
