Bird ID, please

I got these birds in Nanaimo in the same tree, on two different days. ( Friday, and Saturday)
They look like Yellow Rump Warblers to me, but in the winter ?

A little strange to find them in Nanaimo in January ??

Not really many overwinter here.

I have them in my yard all year.
