Today the new splits were announced by the ABA. The Woodhouse's Scrub Jay has been split as a separate species. Sky Larks are no longer called Sky Larks but rather Eurasian Skylark. Leach's Storm Petrels have been split into 3 species and many others but note Hoary and Common Redpolls were not merged as one species.
