Since everyone has to live somewhere, why not a tread featuring Bird Houses.
Feel free to add your shot to this thread.

Just a note for anyone interested. Feb and March volunteers can go to Burnaby Lake to help with the bird house cleaning.

This may be just a temporary house for the downy....

Here is one from a while ago, a Rock Wren squatting in a Cliff Swallow nest -- in Writing-on-Stone Provincial Park in southeastern Alberta.

Mother-in-law suite in Creston Wildlife Sanctuary? --Neither unit appeared to be occupied, though.

I’ve never seen a birdhouse with an “in-law” suite before, must be high rent district.

What a fun bunch of shots! I don't have anything to contribute, unfortunately, but I'm sure enjoying this thread.

I was at Serpentine Fen on the weekend and saw this bird house from "the other side of the tracks" and thought about this thread. So I had to post it :)

Maplewood Conservation Area has some fantastic bird houses - I can't wait to check it out in the spring and all the baby birds!

Last year, I enjoyed watching a pair of Bewick's wrens making house at Maplewood.
