Just a quick not to let everyone know about a talk I am giving for the VNHS. It is on Wednesday Nov 25 at 7:30 in the law building at UVIC (Fraser #159). I will be sharing a few photos and stories from Ecuador.

Hi Glenn, I would've loved to have listened to you talk about birding in Ecuador, however I'm leaving for Ecuador on Friday. It's not a specific birding trip, but I'm getting a day and a half in at the Tandayapa Bird Lodge near Quito - just birding on my own near the lodge, not with a guide - do you have any suggestions?

Wish I could come but I am teaching a night lab. Maybe you will do another presentation in the future.

Also, I was planning on getting your book. Would it be easier if we bought it from you on Wednesday in person? or should I order from your website.
