The sub-adult Gyr continues today in Pitt Meadows. I wouldn't be surprised if he pushes out the Prairie Falcon. The Gyr was seen today between Mckechnie Rd and Sharpe Rd flying over Connecting Rd. It then landed in a large cottonwood along Mckechnie.

Here is a gorgeous photo of it used with permission by Mike Tabak

A five falcon day is now possible in Pitt Meadows! 2 of my friends did it today Raymond and Eric.

They both got Merlin, Gyrfalcon, Prairie Falcon, Peregrine Falcon and Kestrel in different locations throughout the day. Not to mention the two Harlan's Hawks as bonuses.

If that isn't awesome, I don't know what is!!
