First yellow warbler this morning, and had a male Calliope at my feeder. Last summer I had lots, this year, he's only the second. Good batch of black chinned though and they only first showed up last year.

Got a nice long look at the warbler again this after noon thru my new 10x's as well as western tanager male and female. Between those and more of the lazuli bunting it was like a trio of birds designed by Timothy Leary.

He he, I was wondering what the little yellow guys at my pond were, so thank you very much for the post! I noticed your post and searched the bird name and it's a winner!

I have yellow warblers at my pond... Beautiful and vibrant! It's awesome to sit and have a coffee in the morning and watch them have bath time! They are my favorite pond visitors so far! They even beat the huge toad that came about a week ago... he was the size of the palm of my hand! It would appear as though he decided not to stay here... but it was sure neat to see him!
