Birding in BC Community

Does anyone know where I can find this beautiful waterfowl near Victoria? I've only seen 1 female at Cattle Point and I would really like to see a male.

Most Island Harlies are away in the Rockies right now and will be back in the fall.

Harlies are still around in low numbers during the summer but numbers return in the fall according to eBird results. Here it is for the Capital region: https://ebird.org/species/harduc/CA-BC-CP

Bottom line, back sometime in September.
