Birding in BC Community

I came across this Empid in a location where I usually see Willow Flycatchers. I'm pretty sure that is isn't a Willow. Can anyone ID it? Scroll down the eBird list to Empidonax sp. https://ebird.org/camerica/view/checklist/S59647023

with that eye ring and grayish colouring I would say Hammond’s.
