I was just in Palm Springs on a golf trip, but managed to take a number of photos of birds and get a few lifers. There are a couple of bird photos that I am not sure about the ID and I wonder if someone can help me. There is only one photo of the first one I am unsure about and two of the other. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

Top one looks like a Say's phoebe, and I would guess a western bluebird with a deformed bill for the second?
