I have lots of Dark-eyed Juncos in the back yard, but most are the Oregon variety. I took this photo this morning and wondered if it might be a Slate Coloured variety? Perhaps someone could let me know. Cheers and Happy New Year all..

Probably an intergrade or intermediate form between them, sometimes considered a distinct subspecies called the Cassiar Junco. One of them appeared at the feeder next door a few weeks ago, it looked a lot like a Slaty but had some brownish patches on the back.
